Category	Description
Skills	Session aimed at providing sea kayak skill building. A qualified CCKA coach will be in attendance
White Water	White water trip for experienced paddlers who are competent 2* and approaching 3* level (Always contact the leader and consider your ability before venturing out!!)
Closed	Non CCKA paddle. Usually organised be a club member for a specific purpose and not open to club members in general.
Assessment	An assessment session run by qualified individuals for the purpose of formal assessment.

Membership!!!! A significant number of club participants have not paid their membership for the year. If you haven't paid up: you are not covered by club insurance and you should not be taking part in club activities. John Vance has extended the due by date to the end of April at which point membership fees will be increased. Our club provides a huge amount of activity for members at no charge - be supportive and responsible and pay up. Download the form from the HOME page and send it to Stu Staples (Defaulting members will be subjected to a John Vance wet session weekly until they cough up - membership fees not sea water)
Sun	20 May	Flat Water	Lower Roe from North end of the country park to the new canoe steps at the fish counter (Not all the way to Swans Bridge!!) - Meet at O'Cahans car park at 10.30. Mixed boats and 2* kayak trainees should attend as their kayak journey Please contact John if you intend coming. 2* trainees.... please make sure you have boat borrowing etc organised if you don't own your own. Tues	22 May	Come and Try	CCKA container at the Uni. Water Sports Centre These sessions are intended for any paddler to come along and try different types of boats than they are familiar with.
